Meet Sharon Faye McQueen

Sharon F. McQueen is currently the Co-Founder and Executive Pastor of Family Life Church in Lynchburg, Virginia.  She has served as an overseer for over 25 years alongside her husband, to whom she has been lovingly married for over 35 years; she met him while serving in the U.S. Navy.  She is the proud mother of two adult children and the grandmother of her adorable granddaughter.  She also oversees senior pastors and church leaders with her husband to offer support and accountability, maximizing God’s calling and assignments for their lives and ministries.​

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Christian Leadership and Church Administration from Lee University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern Washington University.

 

In addition, she has been a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member since 2017, where she provides leadership training in her community and within her organization. She is passionate about developing and encouraging leaders to grow and discover their God-given gifts and abilities to make an impact on their local church, the community, and around the world. Sharon hosts leadership conferences and workshops and is also a guest speaker at those events.
